5. Project Timelines
All project timelines are estimates and depend on site conditions, weather, material availability, and third-party dependencies. Delays beyond our control will be communicated to the client promptly.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to the site, and any necessary approvals or permissions required for the work. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

7. Warranty
We stand by the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or third-party interference.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Any costs incurred up to the date of cancellation will be billed to the client. Refunds are not applicable for completed work or non-refundable materials purchased.

9. Liability
RPSM Construction (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services. We are only responsible for direct damages proven to result from our negligence or breach of contract.

10. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and documents provided by RPSM Construction remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. They may not be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.
